BIG Question
What were the overall outcomes of the 5 year plan, how could of it been improved?
Summary
Stalin set in motion something known as the 5 year plan were factories and industries were to catch up and overtake other industries in the world, so he set really high quotas, they were too high that the work being done was cheap and sloppy and the products produced were not to par. Essentially this did not work as planned.
