Summary
This revolution was successful because the Germans helped the Bolsheviks Party financially, they had built up an efficient party organization, they had very good propaganda, and a powerful army known as the red guards. ( 20000 armed sailors ) The revolution was bloodless as the provisional government did not stand a chance and it took a single warning shot.
