Summary
David George Lloyd was the Leader of Britain at the time and also wanted to see Germany pay however not as harshly as France did. He wanted reparations to be made but he also wanted them to remain trading partners and this was huge for Britain. France and Britain disagreed with Wilson about self determination as for Britain it meant they would lose some of their empire.
