Summary
Woodrow Wilson led and represented USA at the time, he proposed something known as the 14 points. Some of his points are still with us today. The United States were more lenienate than Britain and France they wanted to see Germany rebuilt upon democratic lines. He also proposed something that still exists know as self determination, this gave countries ethnic groups the idea of breaking into other countries, some of todays countries were formed because of this.
