Political Cartoon
This cartoon symbolizes the "birth" of Hitler and his Nazi party, it is Hitler himself emerging out of the Versailles Treaty stating that the war guilt clause was the reason for world war II.
Summary
As a result of the treaty and the war guilt clause another war emerged. The treaty entailed Germany had to pay a ridiculous amount of reparations and disarm they're military, this angered the Germans and thus unveiled the rise of Hitler and the second world war. It stated that they had to admit to being the sole country and nation for the war and this made Germany mad more so than the reparations or other forms of punishment.
BIG Question;
If the war guilt clause never existed, would the Nazi's come to power and would have the holocaust happened?
