Summary
When the Russians cut off Berlins supply from the railway they attempted to choke the city out and convert them into communist. They figured that if they didn't have enough supplies then they will just give in. Luckily JKF supplied the people of Berlin with supplies. When the planes came in to supply the city they would drop candy for kids as well. By doing this the Americans were able to win the propaganda war and Berlin didn't change to communism
